Man, I didn't get Cameron's sliding on the GoPro it cut out :( I really really wanted to see that again. Also had some other issues with it stopping recording but there's enough footage to make a little montage with it. I'll upload the pics and all here in a bit.

The good news is I can feel my feet again finally lol.

    I hear ya, but I did :D

Still, had a great time thanks everyone that headed out and everyone helped out... was a really different experience for us AZ guys and we learned a lot. Great group of people and beautiful terrain. The recoveries were a good experience too.

    Thanks!
Let me know when You need them by.... I'm staying hella busy so I want to make sure I have a chance to get em ready beforehand. I might be able to knock the quoted price down a tad too... I just found a source for DOM on Thursday thats a little cheaper than where I bought it from previously. :)

Oh? Epic! I'll talk to my buddy tomorrow and see if we can set something up. I'm pretty much good to go, getting down there on a weekend is more of the 'issue' than anything as he's on call all the time, but myself I should be solid as I get three day weekends pretty much every week :p We're here through the end of April so hopefully there's enough time between now and then heh.

First time doing anything like this yes for me at least. I've ran 4 Peaks in AZ a few times with a little on the ground but it's diffrent than here, nor nearly as much. This was with my old Prerunner...

Looks like you guys are making your own path lol We had to turn around a couple times on our run because the snow was getting to deeeeep! Mike(Chickenmunga) and I went down Cedar tree with all the snow, actually it was more like ice, sliding down most of the way with no control or power or stopping. Was intense!!!

JIGGLES IT IS!!! Lol last time I went there was when my little brother turned 18 in 2007. They sure call it Jiggles for a reason

Did you take it in for alignment? I can't believe you would've bent the frame. I doubt it was the shock tower too. I've put my yota through some insane abuse and my shock towers are still good. My engine mounts grenaded instead. Solo Motorsports sells some shock tower gussets I'm going to get just in case, however. Along with some TC spindle gussets. And then plating the frigging frame. I'm tired of breaking crap.

You can't post pics without giving a slight hint where you went, it's against the rules or something.

How come it looks like you guys managed to plow through mad snow without incident whereas I'm always in less deep stuff and managing to find all the technical crap? :D:p:confused: I think you guys need to give the rest of us some pointers on how to do a better snow run.

Me personally, I don't want wheeling to be the only thing we do because you don't build community as well. I want to do a bit of wrenching, eating, and camping as well, even get non-wheelers involved possibly. I can only get to know people so well over a CB channel, and there's lots of build-ups that we can knock out as a community to get people better suited up. Again, just my opinion, but I'll set the next event reminder to whatever we all come up with!

the key thing mike that helped eric and anton in the snow im assuming here....

dropped air pressure, and the fact they had some actual snow and perhaps not ice like you all encountered on your TSF trip. Having some snow to pack down an into your treads helps a lot for traction. At least thats what i notice when were out and about. Oh and anton is a lucky SOB and locked f/r.....damn him :)
