    Badlands front bumper with a Smittybilt 8K winch, synthetic winch line. Demello sliders and bedbar. Custom rear bumper. Custom skid plates. Flex-a-lite tranny cooler with fan mounted in bed. Bilstein 5100's with SAW coils, AllPro UCAs, NW offroad rear springs (garbage), 4.88s and front and rear lockrights. Lots of custom sheetmetal work.
    No my CB does not have that feature.

    You are correct. I have a feeling we will have two groups (medium and hard), so I was thinking general comm on chan 21, medium on 22, and hard on 23. We dedicate one person from each group to drive in the middle of their respective pack with dual watch going so they could monitor their group and general chatter. The idea is that we can relay messages between groups.

    Granted, bob groups won't be in range of each other at all times, but it's an idea. I know the midlands have this feature

    I should also mention why there's only one person from each group doing this:

    Group leader needs to know his group status and not be bothered with another groups cross chatter
    Tailgunner needs to relay when all are on the trail or if there's a holdup, if there's bikes wanting to pass, so on.
    Most of the middle of the group needs to pay attention to the immediate group as well- requests to spot, dangers, hold ups and so on

    A bit of bad news - Chazjb messaged me and said his grandfather died last night, so he won't be coming.


    On the other side of things, I'm all packed and waiting for work to end. Got a bit of food to pick up at noon from Costco!

    The shell station has the old maps, but chazjb said there are new ones from the ranger station - I haven't checked and may not get a chance this time out.
