Not to high-jack bit I had three alignments after my 5100's and LR arms were completed. All three shops couldn't get it to drive right. My cousins shop sent it out to a guy who does it "old school" whatever the hell that means. No Hunter/laser machine, I guess the old style rack. Anyway, tires not wearing funny and the truck drives perfectly, and I have no idea what the numbers are.

Yes. Your passenger side camber bolt is frozen (corroded) and can not be broke free. You'll have to cut it out, or pay a shop to to it.

It's a very common problem for trucks exposed to salt. It really is a shit design by Toyota.

    I'll illustrate with some photos.

This is a picture of my passenger factory lower control arm.

The bolt that is frozen on your truck is the one that passes through the bottom bushing in the photo.

Get a new one from Toyota. Cut the old bolt out. Clean the sticker off new bolt, and grease the bolt before reinstalling.

Picture of my new bolt vs. the one with stripped threads (different problem than yours)

0* toe is not correct for a rear wheel drive vehicle. You actually want a bit of toe in because as your rear wheels push the front tires forward it causes them spread open this is called " steer ahead ". If the toe in is properly set at approx 1/8" when the vehicle is static then your tires will be straight while driving.

Shit. I misread your alignment sheet. and bad picture did not help.

The sheet says you have too much caster which is non tire wearing, and nothing to worry about. But your truck may pull to the left until you fix the frozen bolt issue.

One of your bolts is frozen, but I can't tell you which one.

If you really want to ensure it never freezes up or rusts at all use copper grease...expensive but awesome
