I would have to agree. The Aero6 are the higher end calipers they make too. Not that we need it but chatted with Wilwood on different pad setups and if matching rear and they noted its the same ones they use on trophy trucks.

For anyone looking at pads. They BP-20 is what they come with. BP-10 is what more offroad/crawlers etc are using for more slow speed power. I will prob give them a try next time because ya the taco is not a race car.

nice, I recall they had a nice thanksgiving/black friday deal. Get him to make a matching rear kit with the Aero-4 too. =)

 

Not any time soon but I'll be doing a ford 9" rear so I'd be more than happy to request or arrange a rear buy thru RR or SOS if they will do the r&d.

 

Finally got mine installed last Saturday. As discussed earlier in the thread, the squishy pedal is still a thing but a tundra/sequoia master should fix that. Otherwise the “bite” is much better than before. Not sure why I waited so long to make the switch considering I’m running 35’s.

You'd have to subscribe to their newsletter. They do post sales on past holidays. They'll also do a group buy if anyone wants to get the people together. @TegoTaco

yah like @jamesepoop noted often i do see sales. also they post on ig etc. Group by he did initially we needed 10 or so to get it moving?

 

You can email them ahead and ask if they have any 4th July specials. He'll get back to you. I used to post their sale codes time to time. Fwiw, SOS stop tech always has a sale code if you're looking for a little discount on a full kit.

I’ll check SOS stop tech. For some reason I was thinking they were decently more expensive, but maybe not.

 

SOSperformance occasionally runs a 20% off, I think last time was Black Friday. Stop-tech, wilwood, all good kit.

 

How did you like the WILWOODS with the 4Runner rotors? I’m debating these or the ALCON kit…just afraid of fitment on my 17” wheels.
