another HID quick question

hey whats up everyone. i know your all probably tired about ppl asking about HIDs. i just got a real quick question. i just purchased a set from DDM H4 hi/lo and received them. i followed the directions on hear but it says to make the bulb the bulb is up??? define what that means. sorry again for the question and i greatly appreciate the response

 

if were on the same page i belive what they mean by "up" is make sure the silver shield is on the bottom so it reflects light from the bulb up

 

copy that. so once metal piece is locked in and then you insert the bulb it doesnt matter how the bulb sits?

 

it is keyed and will only go in one way. Insert the shroud and lock it down with the clips. Then reinstall the rubber boot. You will have to stretch the opening a little to get it around the opening on the shroud. then insert the bulb. will go in at an angle and twist to lock with the wiring facing down. make sure the shroud is installed with the large opening facing up.
