Another Off Road bites the dust

Rowher Flats and it was pulled out by an H3!

It was a 2 wheel drive so it was an automatic. I doubt he was able to drive away with the lost of atf fluid, I assume

 

I believe he was coming down and tried to ride the berm on the outside, went too high, and tipped it over and did a 3/4 roll from driver to passenger side. He's lucky he didn't roll off that cliff. It's a long way down

I've never seen an H3 actually modded for off-road

 

That's a TRD Off Road. I can see the front drive, as well as the TRD Wheels, factory skid plates and the yellow bilsteins. Oh, and the TRD off road sticker on the bed

**Edit #2** Yeah, I had no idea that you could get a TRD OR in 2WD. Seems like a dumb idea, but apparently its a thing.

2. Why the **** would you buy an off road truck with only 2wd? Seems counterproductive, but I've been wrong plenty of times before.

 

It's a DCSB V6 auto
I assume the 2 wheel drive OR accounts for half of the ORs manufactured...

 

So I just ran out to the parking lot to see for myself. Mine clearly says 4x4, and this one does not. I stand corrected, but stick to my previous statement #2.

 

So I think the steering arms looking like the front drive are what threw me there

I would say they account for all the OR built, it's just they drive the other 2 wheels in half
