I recently purchased a used 2007 Tacoma(last month). I thought everything looked great until I grabbed the frame to help pull myself under the truck today and my finger went through the frame. The truck is 13 years old so it is past the 12 year frame warranty. Anyone know of any options I may have? Anyone have experience with this?

I don’t know of anyone that offers a Frame Kit like there is for the 1st Gens.
Depending on how bad it is, you maybe be able to get someone to do a patch job.
But most places won’t do it because of liability concerns.

Ask a toyota dealership if they'd replace it under the recall. They might still do it.

Wow, congrats... you got lucky. Whatever they do, I recommend following up with your own rust preventative coatings as well. Check out the thread below. A couple hours spent under the truck with ~$150 in supplies (POR-15 and top coat) will guarantee your frame lasts a very long time.

That’s great! I’m surprised they told you that over the phone without an inspection.

They told me they inspected the frame before I bought it. I sent the manager 10 pictures of the frame and then called him.

Good thing you bought it from a dealer. Now you will end up with something better than you bought.
