    ok im just about done with this, need to sand and buff out the clearcoat.
    I think it turned out pretty good.
    I hot air plastic welded the triangles and "deep dish" parts, sanded, sanded, primered , semi gloss on the inside, colormatched silver the rest.
    glued threaded rods to mount the grillcraft (also used zipties to make sure it doesnt fall off lol)
    It was fun learning to plastic weld, I think I got it down now :D
    I hate painting and had a damn bug land in the clear, and a few small imperfections in my paint(prep work) but I'll just call them "road chips".

    looks good, just not a fan of getting rid of the triangles...

    yeah it needs some blacked out headlights and a pre runner bumper I think lol but one thing at a time :D

    Nice work! It's tough getting the triangle area smooth with the rest of the grille. Yours came out very well. I recommend the angry eyelids, the other style didn't look so hot with that grille when I made mine.

    I didn't even think about eyelids , I think it would look ok
    just as 1 project is finished 3 more pop up hahaha
