    Yes, you just cut along a pre-molded in scribe line that shortens it up to the exact short bed dimension.

    Mine just came in this week. As I expected though, it covers up my front D-Ring mod. I was thinking about using a 3" or so hole saw bit to cut clean holes in the liner to expose the D-Rings. Anybody have a better idea?

    I do have front D-rings (attached to the front bed bolts) - and was planning to just cut out square holes with a utility knife... but I think I like the hole saw idea better. I think I might try that too. If it doesn't work well, I can always fall back to the original plan.

    DeeZee makes insert bed liners and bed mats for many different company. I am almost certain that the OEM Toyota bed mat is manufactured by DeeZee but have not been able to confirm this yet. I am going to speak with the DeeZee rep next time I see him.
