it looks like it might fit, you would need to check the measurements but i think ive seen one like that in a double cab before, not too sure though. i know they fit behind the regular cab seats, seen one of these installed but we have more room back there.

 

I bought one of these fits great behind the drivers side rear seat. It's not a hard hitting sub but enough bass for my taste.
