Taking my truck into the the dealership tomorrow for them to take a look at it. Service tech already confirmed that its not good.

Any reason why they would go flat after less than a year?

6 months after buying my 15 the were ding the reverse C. Been a common thing since 2005. I am glad I lifted it with the ICON 3 Leaf Progressive AAL as they don't do the revers C now

Geez, and they can seem to spend a couple hundred bucks to put better ones on before selling them? Why bother replacing them with the same thing when they go bad under warranty? Doesnt seem cost effective for Toyota.

Mine are also flat, really they are convex now instead of concave.

However I still have 22" from the center of the wheel to the top of the fender well opening. It only settled maybe half a inch since it was new.

How do you know if leaf springs go flat? Does the rear end bounce around?

Do you have any photos? I just looked at mine and my trucks 6 months old with 5k miles. They looks pretty horizontal to me.

Mine are as well. Of course I have hauled and towed stuff, but never over done it. I thought this was normal? Hmm, maybe have the dealer look at them on the next service.
