Not sure, I haven't swapped them back yet but I'll let ya know if I decide to :D

Permanent air conditioning mod ftw ;)

Took an hour to get them on, most of that time was spent fidgiting with the connectors for the stupid power mirrors and locks. If I had a base model door would have been cake.

These were around 60 lbs I'd say. The tube doors were maybe 20 lbs a peice so I got a good 80 lbs savings on the front end.

Probably could do that, but honestly the 4 bolts aren't that bad. Once the first bolt is started it's pretty easy. That and getting them aligned would be a PITA without adjusting the fender side bolt if you just used quick slip pins.

New front brakes, EBC rotors and pads. OEM pads lasted 38k and were at the wear marks.

Also got my fenders chopped in preparation for some new tires. Took 2" out of the front and rear fenders to match the flares HomerTaco did for me.

Kepst the rear flares lined up with the rear bumper and cut 2" out of the rest of them, should have no problem clearing the tires in the back

After cutting all the bedside supports out I noticed they were flopping in the breeze so I made up a bracket for the back and reworked the front one

Drilled a hole in the bed to mount a new bracket

Some 1.5" .120 aluminum bent to fit.

Bolted with SS hardware, this bolt will be covered by the flare once it's on

Bedsides much sturdier now, no flopping around in the breeze now lol. I used a peice of rubber between the bedside and mount to keep the paint from rubbing off.

Front mount was cut and reworked and welded back together.

Finished product, just need to trim the front bumper to match the new flare line. I think they turned out pretty decent! :)

I know man, I really hate that I couldn't make it. Worst part is the river tubing wasn't great, the river was low, constantly getting up to get over rocks was killing my buzz

Killing your buzz or having to keep only a buzz because being stumbling drunk could have been dangerous for you? :p
