I believe @OVTune has options available to flash the 4.0. Otherwise, it's typically a piggback like the MAP-ECU3 or UCON. Unless you want to go full standalone, then the Haltech Elite is a popular choice.

Thanks, I’m kinda green to the whole tuning thing, but which way would get the best results/ hp gains?

Do you have any kind of power adder, like a supercharger or turbo, or are you just trying to get the most out of the stock engine?

A flash tune like what OV Tune would offer will be the simplest option if you're just trying to get more out of your stock motor or if you just have an intake or exhaust. They might offer options for the TRD/Magnuson SC, but I'm not sure.

A full standalone will offer the most capable/customizable but will be the most work.

A piggyback system like the MAP-ECU3 or UCON is between the two. It's more work than a flash tune, but not as capable as the standalone.

I’ve got an intake and workin on exhaust now, but that’s it! Ha I’d love to have a supercharger or turbo it one day, just can’t afford it right now

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
UCON. Self Tuning. Includes tuning support. Been around for over a decade. Handles sensor deletions, different injector sizes, meth, 7th injector, centrifugal and roots S/C,... comes with exhaust cam gears and a lowered T-stat.
May seem expensive at first but with the added support, well worth it. If I have any questions I connect laptop to UCON, perform some runs and data log, send it off and I get a pro to respond.
