You mention recent flooding and a gas station that has run out of regular gas and is now selling premium that has likely been sitting for some time and may have water in it. If there’s water in the gas it will sink to the bottom of the your tank while sitting overnight. Gas is lighter than water. Your fuel pickup is at the bottom of the tank. The gas station also pumps from the bottom of the tank. Seems likely that the fill up has something to do with your problem. Maybe try emptying the tank and refill with known good gas. If you do have water in the fuel system you want to get it out before it starts causing more problems like rust and corrosion.
