Got this truck a couple months ago, haven’t used much, i Have noticed wen rains under the driver side by the front wheel gets more wet than the left side.
Do far it’s dried inside, carpet is dry, no funny smells.
Any ideas? Repair suggestions? Just leave it alone?
    Thank you.

Pull the carpet back, it looks like water is coming from where the cab mount is.

I can see the water on the outside underneath the car, inside feels nothing, all dry and no smell.

It sometimes will be dry on top of the carpet but wet or damp underneath. I always pull the carpet back if I suspect a leak.

Put a 1” body lift on it, while you have the truck body and frame separated to instal the pucks, look and see what, and where it’s leaking. I’m fairly certain there’s a hole or tear in the stock body mount under the driver, might just be loose.

If it's dry under the carpet near the body mount, that's good. You'll have to see where else the water is coming from.

It takes a while for a smell to develop (depending on climate and conditions). I've worked on a lot of cars that were wet inside and didn't smell.

You stated that when it rains it gets more wet in the driver side than the pass side. First off shits expected to get wet if it’s raining, second, maybe the shape of the tires it’s more prone to pick up water towards the right? Anyway, if I were you I’ll sell the truck and avoid the headaches. Jk

Sorry for the misunderstanding, the truck has been parked all the time. Its a second car i have and it’s parked. I am undercoating the frame so wen I went to inspect, I noticed that.

The same shit everyone else has.
The cowl drains into that area when it rains. Do you park on a slope? Is the passenger side clogged?

I posted pictures of both sides. Maybe i run a test with a water hose later and see how it drains.
