Seriously considering installing a 4runner manual transfer case in my 2010 TRD Sport. My existing t/case has some mechanical issues internally that prevent use of 2Lo....

Before I cut a hole in my floor and shifter console, would really like to see a 2nd gen truck in person that has a manual t/case... add bonus would be with ADD delete.

If you are in the GTA and have a manual t/case in your 2nd gen I'd really appreciate being able to see it in person. I've read a lot about it and seen videos /pictures, but I'd like to see one first hand and talk to someone who has one installed.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

Yup. Did the fj t case a while back.

    tried to document everything here.

Overall it is pretty straight forward to get in and working. The nitty gritty stuff like sealing the floor and making the sticks look good takes some tkme. Mind you, if you are just slapping it in and wanting a single stick then it’s much easier to make it all fit.

    Edit:

also I have the add delete. All in my build. Lots of info on here about how to do it. Wild recommend getting a diff with the front diff tube from the wrecker versus the dealer. Cheaper.
