Huge Nuggets fan. Finally got a good team. I searched and not many NBA fans. No way Tacoma guys are not nba fans. Go Nuggets!!

Be crazy if AD got traded to you guys. I'm hoping he goes to the east. We dont need more fire power on the west. Lol.

 

Price is gonna be high for AD.... Tatum,brown and draft picks not sure that even gets it done. Not sure he would resign either.

 

I read a story yesterday that said the Lakers supposedly offered Kuzma, Ball, Ingram, Hart, and Caldwell-Pope, plus two picks and the Pelicans declined. If that is true, that is just crazy to me.

 

He said he would resign with LAL, LAC, NYK and Bucks.

 

They want 8 players and two pics. Haha.

 

How do you guys feel about that Clippers trade to Philly. I like that clippers get weaker this year to weaken the west a bit.

 

I am happy/relieved the trade didn't go through. I know they would be kicking themselves once those players have a chance to mature.

 

I felt the same way about it. Especially Kuzma and Ingram

 

Yea, I'm kind of sad about Zubac though, he was just consistently getting better and better.

 

Lakers dont have time for those players to mature... lebron is getting old

With the trade deadline looming I don't see a trade for AD happening. I suspect the few teams that are good enough to be on his list won't want to give away their current team dynamic for what could be a short rental unless they are sure of resigning him and can swing a deal with draft picks only. He likely wouldn't want to go to a team gutted to make the trade that held on to their draft options. More teams will be willing to bargain against the future after seeing how far they get into the playoffs. I'd love to see him with the bucks, celtics, or any good eastern conference team. LeBron and the lakers I don't see as a threat to the dubs since any team of all star mercs wont beat the warriors all star team that has chemistry and a great coach. The teams that are a threat are the ones that have grown together and might or might not only need a key player. Those that have proven capable of defending well enough to chill the Warriors shooting and bolster their own # of possessions with rebounding and tunrovers have a much better shot than those few that have won solely because the Warriors had a bad night. I really like the Nuggets, Celtics, and Bucks. OKC is really strong but as good as they are Westbrook is uninspiring as a leader and Houston is too one dimensional.

Every season I try to be an NBA fan again... every year things really look promising... then tip off happens.

I grew up in the 90's watching Shaq and Penny battle the big bad MJ for east supremacy... then sometime later we became the all star training ground. Draft a good player then trade him to the west. Shaq... T Mac... Howard... the train moves on.

I'm doing what I always do by this time of year... root for better luck next year.

I am liking the Bucks this year for whatever reason.
