I’m curious as to why you say Westbrook is uninspiring as a leader. I have to strongly disagree with you on that one.

Westbrook cares to much about his stat line. Shit he sat out of bounce on a inbound to avoid the turnover on his stat line. I love the guys motor and pure athleticism but he can’t lead a team to a championship it’s just not him.

That’s how I am about the Warriors. I was a huge Chris Mullin fan growing up so I always pull for them in the West.

He is definently a leader. Only thing I could say for Westbrook is if he shot no more than 2 threes a game he would be way more efficient. He should play like Giannis.

Our front office literally copied the warriors. Build a winning culture by drafting players that get together and a coaching staff that can develop young talent. Us not making a trade today proves they really trust what they have started.

Getting lucky on him in the 2nd round definently helped. Lol. We are 2nd in the west and our starting 5 have played like a total 50 minutes or something like that. 2nd youngest team, most injured team and still held 1st in west most of the season.

Don't get me wrong, he's a fantastic individual player but I don't see team leadership in the way he plays angry to play well. They don't look like they're having any fun even when winning. I could be looking at too small a sample size since I only watch them when they play the warriors but it seemed to me a major reason KD left was there wasn't any joy. I understand that not all successful players smile alot but even MJ wasn't nearly this grim. Harden is aloof but smooth, Westbrook is just violent and looks fit to kill at any point.

I agree. Dont really think Westbrook is a good leader since he kinda a ball hog and wanna try to win the game basically by himself:hattip:

Mark Cuban and Dirk are two of my favs. I wish I could watch a game with Cuban and have a beer.

With your new rookie and Porzingis you guys have a good future

Thanks. Dirk is a great guy on and off the court. Favorite of all time since I have been growing up watching him. I was glad to see that they traded for Porzingis since I thought that they should do it when he came to the NBA. Dirk is his idol so to me it made sense. Before, I thought Dirk would retire this year but due to the trade maybe he plays at least another year.

I was a bit surprised he played 40 minutes his first game back.

Yeah, but i read somewhere he spends like 6mil? maybe more a year...just on maintenance of his body. Im sure his conditioning was still top notch while he was out.

edit..1.5 mil but still, he cares about his preservation more than most im sure.
