Any one know how much an Arctic Truck conversion costs

well according to top gear each tire is like 2 grand.

other guys that emailed them got the response that
4g for just the wheels
2k for the fenders
not even started on suspension

 

These trucks are very specialized. Unless you actually plan on driving in those conditions, there are better ways to spend your money.

- Hilux diesel engine converted to run on Jet-A fuel to prevent freezing.
- Less suspension travel than most LT kits.
- Worse turning radius.

Really? For cruising around BC, my rig would far out cool that thing.

For starters I can do 0-100 in under 8 seconds. Lets see that thing do that.

its a 40mm lift. 40mm=1.57" the 'travel' is achieved thru the soft 38" tires on 15" rims.

 

I come from the complete other side of the weather spectrum and I have to completely agree. That truck is ugly
