Is a good list to reference. I'm partial to corsair and evga myself (more towards evga these days) but a lot of that is from good customer service

 

I thought Chromebooks were supposed to be cheap? When did they start reaching the $1K price range?

 

It's a system. Not sure it's working though. The marketing idea was to get kids in school used to Chromebooks being their main laptop in elementary school and then, once said kid goes to college years later, they'd buy a premium bragging rights Chromebook over a Windows or Apple laptop. Again, it was a plan that hasn't worked out yet but might one day.

BB has a chromebook that's $1400. Maybe the hardware itself is great， but can ChromeOS actually make it worth buying? I thought ChromeOS was for simple tasks. :Notsure:

 

I got a 3090 FE today during the release. They released a bunch of 3080s and 3090s on Nvidia's site.

 

There are quite a few websites written in WebGL or WEB assembly. The ladder of the two allows developers to take c++ software written for a regular computer and make it run in the browser with little to no modifications. One example is TinkerCAD.

 

I have a preorder in on an Asus Tuf 3090 with Memory Express. I'm guessing it'll be at least a couple of weeks before I see it.

 

FUCK. Missed it again, it just says check availability not out of stock though but just bounces back and forth between the check availability and see all buying options page. I want a FE 3090 so bad. The 1080 (non ti) struggles with VR some times and I want to max it.

 

Yeah they were gone within a minute of posting, if you aren't in a immediate notification system like a discord server or something similar that has a bot checking stocks, you aren't gonna have time to get one.

Gonna put my EVGA XC3 on ebay after I get the FE.

 

Are you in a Discord for that? And if so which? I really should get on that!

 

There are a few public ones, I think nowinstock has one, but the one I used is private. Sorry
