I am in Pennsylvania. I have a request in for a 2025 TRD Sport Premium Gas Auto with a 5' Bed. I'm looking for Wind Chill Pearl with Black Softex Interior.

I did a search on cars.com. There are some in the states around you. They are listed as white.

Westside Toyota in OH has two inbound that appear to be unsold according to their website.

ok he was asking about a "requested" 2025.

I thought for a second all the salespeople that told people here (and they believed them) that the 2025's were hitting dealers late Sept early Oct ACTUALLY were right.

Yea, it’s going to be harder to get defective transmissions to Toyota plants.

I have been trying to finalize my deal with the dealer and I have been told by 2 different dealerships in the past 4 days that they have not heard about the release dates for 2025 Tacoma's. The 2024 that has an allocation and I am trying to get locked into has a build date of 10/29.

I also do not know how some are getting 10% or more off MSRP. Must be some dealer cash on the backside for some larger dealerships. I am pressing for 6% on a $61,500 truck and hoping I get the go by tomorrow. I only have one of the many dealers I have talked to even coming close to the 6% and it is the one I have been dealing with for 20 years trying to keep me on board.

Neither, Upstate NY. I would think Texas could be somewhat cheaper just because of transportation costs. For us it is boat to port of NJ, rail to yard near Albany, NY and then truck to dealer.

My 2020 Tacoma was built and shipped during the first quarter of 2020. It sat on the dealers lot for a month until they would open enough to let me pick it up. Not gonna worry about things I have no control over. My trade depreciates but I can also save more coin. So really this is nothing we have not experienced before.

Consider yourself lucky. My dealer quoted me MSRP by saying "There's really not a lot of markup on these" :crapstorm:

My truck is at the distributor (Gulf States) getting the PIO options installed. Should be at the dealer in a week or two.

    Mostly dust and dirt.
The dealership where I work has plenty of new Tacomas and Tundras sitting on the lot with no real discounts.

Yeah I ran into that with one dealer I went to that said their markup on a $61,000 truck was only $1200. It was hard not to burst out laughing. A business could not afford to survive making a profit of 2%.

I guess I will consider myself lucky if I can hit the 6%. I should have an answer today.
