anybody ever fabricated their own front bumper

    02 double cab prerunner supercharged
    nasty dent on driver's side bed panel, shabby seats, cigarette burned interior roof, missing berf bar pad, cracked rain visor, removed hood scoop, unmentionable stain on back bench?
    JUst looking to see.

    I have some drawings down on paper,but that's about all.

    Gonna take apart the front bumper later on today, and get some meausrements and specs from the old one.

    So if any body ever attempted this or actually did this on your own, let me know your suggestions and or pics

    Fabtech 4 inch lift, tinted windows, diff drop, 33 inch MTZ tires on Raceline Raptor wheels, ELITE OFF-ROAD bumpers and sliders
    i've done one out of aluminum and i'm probably gonna fab up another one soon out of steel

    3 in Ultimate ToyTec, set @ 2.5 in. AAL PINCH Weld Mod ( beat the pinch weld over inside the fender) Painted the pinch weld on bottom of cab Black Hi Lift Knock off
    here is a home grown one. Came out pretty good and it is a 1st gen

    3-inch body lift, 6-inch fabtech lift, 17-inch procomp black alloys wrapped in bfg 37s. trd v-6.
    i was thinking about doing up one these before kinda fall for the arb bull bars:rolleyes:. so ill just be saving up some $. good luck.
