    Anyone in Shreveport, Bossier, Webster Claiborne Parishes? My folks live up there, and my dad and his friends were big into mud riding when I was a kid. Looking back now, I think all the areas they went to were just dirt roads after it rained and other places were its Trespassing now.

    I actually just searched for some today. Toledo bend is the best/closest ones ive found so far. Im going camping down there saturday. Ill upload some pictures when i put them on my computer.

    Nice, I went to S. Toledo Bend state park a few years ago to camp. Stayed in the cabins so not real camping, but a really nice park anyway. One of life's goals: camping at all the Louisiana State Parks.
    but they frown upon driving off the pavement

    399 rec site rd converse , LA 71419 is the address if you want to check that one out. Was not able to go threw all the trails today. I plan on going back and trimming up the trail.

    It's public. Some residents are down the street. It's an old camp ground. Found it off freecamping.net.
