anybody know the factory backspace

    for the 2007's stock 4x4 wheels with the factory 245/75/16 tires? I've heard both 5.5" and 4.5". Called the parts dept. they don't know. Called 2 tire wheel shops and they didn't have the info either.

    Judging by a pic I saw with a known offset wheel mounted it would seem they are 4.5 but I just don't know.

    im almost certain its 5.5 thats why bigger tires will rub the uca

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    climb under there w/ a tape measurer and see for sure. measure from the inside of the lug are to the lip of the rim under the truck.

    i got under mine and measured and i think the BS for the sport wheels is 6.5". but the tire is still only about 1/2 inch from rubbing the suspension
