    try socal forum. most of norcal just dabbles in the eastern sierras when forced to.

    I'd be interested too. Trail doesn't look that rough and the camping looks legit

    That’s true. I do prefer the forest. But the east side has some pretty cool spots. Some pretty fun rock climbing as well.
