yea i already have a leveling kit on my taco so i was thinking about just running 5100's in the front and raising them an inch instead of their maxed 2.5" and either block or add a leaf in the rear what do you guys think

Do you mean you plan to run the spacers AND the 5100's in the front? Stacking lifts is a baaaaad idea.

save up and buy a better lift. i truly regret buying and installing this lift. next thing you know you will be looking for something different. rides like crap. and if you want to have correct alignment, you WILL need to buy new uca's. And although pro comp says you can run a 33x12.5, your gonna have to do a lot of trimming, cutting, and finesse work to make them fit.

thats not true you do not have to do alot of cutting and trimming...I have 33x12.50x20's and my rim is 20x8.5 and all i had to trim is the bottom of the mud flap and thats it

hub cemetric is when the spacer fits right on the hub...the black part when you take the wheel off...its betwwen your studs...unlike the cheap ones that just fit over the hubs and are loose and everything

you have absolutely no rubbing? and have full range of steering? not saying its not possible, but alot of people have to trim a ton to clear 285/70s which are a little smaller than 33x12.5's.

let me also say this. i think i was one of the first people to run this lift when it came out 2 years ago. pro comp may have changed things by now. so my experiences and opinions are based from my (maybe) earlier designed kit.

Yea I only have scrubbing at full turn on the mud flap. I have to do a little more trimming to it cause I didn't get it all the way. Not saying your wrong but I didn't have to trim alot. Was not trying to sound like an ass if it came out that way im sorry. Just giving my opinion

No dude you didn't at all. sorry my comment made you think that. It just seems that each truck is still somewhat different. Some how some guys trim alot, and other guys dont have to. I think that it has to do with the size of the tires, rims, the offset and the back spacing. I think it's good you post your experiences and opinions. This way people reading have several different people to talk to when they encounter issues and everyone gets some help.
