    Used to use this stuff in my '99 4Runner. It comes pretty highly rated by the guys on the BITOG (Bob is the Oil Guy) forums. I think it helped my 4Runner shift a little smoother, especially w/ almost 300k miles on it. I don't think you can go wrong with most Valvoline oil products TBH
