I'm having an issue with this external drive and "bob" in Iran or where ever he is wants to charge me for tech support. psh.

I bought two external 250gig drives for backup for my office.

My plan was to leave one plugged in to the PC throughout the week backing up each day, unplug it Friday and take it home and leave the other drive plugged in for the next week. Basically i wanted to rotate each drive week by week.

I'm getting an error while performing the automatic incremental backup "Unable to locate the backup file".

I don't have much experience with backup utils. so i'm not sure what to do...any advice?

It's WD software, came with the drive... And we only have 1 plugged in at a time, and it keeps the same letter (F)

That makes sense... I think maybe i'll just clear the drive and do a manual full backup each week...think that will work fine?
