I use a small tube of white lithium grease to lube mine every time I change the oil (5kmi intervals).
Three places- spring pivot bushing, pedal at spring wire, pedal at push rod.
I have to use a mirror to see the top of the push rod, and then I put a big dab of grease in front and use my finger to force it up into the cavity. Seems pretty successful so far.
(I'm only using white lithium because that's what Toyota calls for. If I ever need the pedal replaced I don't want the dealer to give me a hard time...)

Mine squeaked and the dealer lubed it up some. That lasted a while then it started again, but not that bad. After telling the dealer about it they replaced the clutch pedal assembly. Seems great now.

Did you get the revised TSB with updated parts? Apparently its been updated in the past few months...I had mine replaced over a year ago and its been fine up until a few months ago, i haven't greased it at all hoping it gets bad i'll make an appt with my dealer before my warranty period is up to have them look at it again

I have had clutch peddle noise problems with every single MT taco I've owned. Starting with my 95, 04, and 2015. Most were taken care of under warranty and never made the noise again. The 2000 I recently pick up does it too. I have found fixes here on TW, just need to take the time and do it. Would have been nice if factory engineering would have fixed this 25 years ago.

Had my clutch pedal linkage and slave cylinder replaced at the dealership at 15K. Never had another issue..., now at 25K and still no more issues.
Get the service writer to document the issue. Applying white grease, or brake pad anti-seize will only mask the problem for a short period of time!

Exactly, thats why i haven't tried this time to re-grease anything because i want it to be annoying for my test drive. My 3 years in service comes up in March

15k seems to be the magic number. My first 2 were still under warranty at the time. My 2015 was a month out of warranty and the cost was going to be around $600. After a lot of BS with Toyota USA, they picked up the cost of the parts, I paid labor. Definitely get it fixed while still under warranty.

The sheet references TSB T-SB-0112-19. I hope that is the one with updated parts! It was done on 12/4/19.

Today, I decided to keep my appointment with my dealer and had them changeout the necessary parts as outlined in TSB-0186-12 to rid the squeaking and creaking in my clutch pedal. My mileage was 18,360 miles.
The repair service took 4 1/2 hours. The following is a list of parts changed out:
    Part #. Description
    SPO 31420-60032. Master Cylinder Assembly
    SPO 31311-04020. Pedal Cutch Assembly
    SPO 31434-60010. Hose Clutch Reservoir

    Work done:
R&R Clutch Pedal Sub-Assembly, Clutch Master Cylinder Assembly, and Clutch Reservoir Hose.

Major difference. My clutch pedal Assembly “never” worked this smooth!
No hint of any noise. Now will this last for the next 100K, only time will tell. Here are some pics of the new parts and/or assemblies.

I hope this info will help others!

Anyone know if the updated TSB actually has updated parts? Or did they just extend the model years covered?

Previously, they were just installing new parts that were exactly what they were taking out. I didn't see a point in having the dealer do that when I could lubricate the assembly myself.
If there is an updated design then I need stop lubing it so that it gets noisy before the warranty is up...

Yes there are updated parts. Not sure if Toyota has started to install them out the gate on the 2020's or if they cross their fingers and only fix as needed.

Here is the link to the revised TSB with additional information from members if anyone needs it for reference: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-tsb-t-sb-0112-19.635065/page-8#post-22370986

This TSB is new and installs new parts:
Here is a thread that gets into the weeds on the new parts:
