I cant make a steady diet out of the Crafts. Too hoppy. I still like Dos Equis and the occasional Coors on a hot day.

I hear you. I appreciate the work and craftsmanship that goes into brewing a good beer. I honestly think the over-hyping and marketing is what has been turning me off lately.

My beer of choice. . .

If it's not available then I'll go with a
    beer_bombshell-blond-ale.png

If neither are available I'll either try a local craft beer or a coke. I don't drink the crap the big breweries put out.

You’re not an Irish pub if you don’t have harp or smithwicks(my personal favorite).

too many styles to get bored of, but my go to's are some nice hazy IPA's.
I mix in some Bud lights if im trying to lose weight (my dr would love to hear that)

Overall though, i love craft beer but not too snobby to go back to the old stand by's when i have a hankering(BL's, Sam, Guinness)

I think my biggest problem with craft beers is having to order one at a bar in which I'm unfamiliar with all their offerings. It creates frustration for both the bartender and myself. I think every place should have some default beer because sometimes I'm not particular and don't want to be asked 20 questions to find out what beer would pair best with me. Sometimes a man just wants a beer and it doesn't matter what kind.

+100 IMO most craft beers taste like somebody made it in their garage...and how goddamned many IPA's do we need!? Somebody gave me a beer for Xmas and it had cinnamon and cumin and a bunch of other flavors added to it, I regifted it to a craft beer nut. Personally I like Mexican beers, specifically Negro Modelo and Pacifico.

    My man.

Though the whiskey space is starting to get pretty crowded and good, inexpensive stuff is seeing its price driven up by the secondary market.

I'm looking forward to the whiskey bubble popping.

I like craft beers but just make them simple, don’t need all the flavors, make them taste like beer and go down smooth with no lingering taste and create the buzz feeling

I do like my share of craft IPAs however. :anonymous:
