Rear sliding window, intermittent wiper switch, center console tray, glove box organizer shelf, WeatherTech front mats and mud flaps, 3D MaxSpider behind-the-front-seats mat, bed lights, MESO climate control rings, XPEL tailgate protection, Desertdoesit.com seat jackers, RAV4 radio knobs, glove box letters.
Was curious if anyone has removed the black plastic 'beard' below their front grill...would be great to see some pics if so. I imagine you would be able to see the skid plate/tow hook better with that piece removed...

Are you referring to the air dam at the very bottom? Or the black piece that covers the aluminum collision bar area?

Tons of people remove the air dam, myself included. As far as the other part goes, I've seen a few get removed and you can see like 6-8 black pyramid type shapes behind it for the impact area (as far as I know of). Looks weird but to each their own.

I think he's talking about the bumper. I thought the SR's didn't have color matched bumpers. Makes it look like a beard

That would be the air dam, chin strap, beard, pick a name.

Yeah, it's very common to get removed and some trims don't even come with one. Just take it off, step back and smile at the improved look, and never think twice about it.

Negative. Mine remains installed because of +1 MPG. Even though other taco owners reported they saw no mpg difference with it removed, but I'll try and squeeze whatever I can to get better mileage since I'm driving further for work now. I'm averaging 23.8 - 24 mpg.

Red Taco in the first few posts has it before and after on this thread. Lots of commentary on it in that thread and about 35 others. Lots of people refer to it as an "air dam" or "chin spoiler." The bearded taco phrasing has been used to describe the SR utility package in other threads.

Here is my 2016 Sport with the chin spoiler removed. I also spray painted the stock skid plate to try and match the body paint.
