    None yet!
I know you probably did this, but tear your house and truck apart.. I can't tell you how many times I thought things were gone, when they were down between the seats, in the couch, or even in the fridge!! The chances of it being in the garbage probably aren't that great!! Keep looking!

Almost a year later but I finally got my key replaced and wanted to give people a reference of what it cost. I went the expensive route and just had the dealership do it when I took my truck in for service. For the fob, key cutting, and reprograming it came to $390. Ouch

Double-check the FCC ID on your key fob to make sure it matches the one you're buying. The first time I ordered, I bought one based upon a link someone on the forum provided, and when I tried to program the fob it failed. Shame on me for not checking the FCC ID on my fob. Luckily, they're not that expensive, but they do take about three weeks to arrive.

A local locksmith cut the blank for $6.00. One other local locksmith declined to cut it, because Toyota keys are apparently some
of the worst (most complicated and finicky) to cut. The second guy told me he'd cut it, but if it didn't work, it was on me. His first
    try worked perfectly.

You can program it with Techstream if you have some PC skills and the correct OBD cable.

At $28 bucks all in, it's hard to beat. Especially if it's just a spare.
