yep, all depends on your location, lots of big deer around here in Kansas and Missouri, but I am more of a hunter on the move...can't sit still too long.

I just got back from an elk hunt. I live in New Mexico which has great hunting but good luck drawing tags here. I hunted elk up in the Wind River Mountains in Wyoming. I've been up there several years in a row now and love it. This year we had limited time (3 days) and horrific weather. Had chains on all four corners of the Taco with a-trac, lockers and every other trick in the bag. Still got stuck several times. Came home empty handed this time but oh well. It was fun anyway.

I amleaving tomorrow afternoon for opening weekend white tail. I will see if I can cut out early enough for some bass fishing tomorrow. I have been stoked all week. We were out there yesterday getting some last min things done . Saw a lot of deer as we were leaving and the biggest pig I have ever seen. It looked like a cow. Also got some game cam pics of a new shooter buck and a bobcat. I can't wait!!!
