As far as "prove"... as I mentioned, in California, to be qualified to operate radar and laser, the officer has to be able to visually estimate your speed to within 5mph.

It's always your word against his... and unless you have witnesses or some way to show that he physically could not see you where he claims he saw you, you will not win.

You can and will be charged with DUI even without a 0.08+ blood test simply based on the officer's observations of your driving and actions at the time of arrest.

Texas Highway Patrol require that troopers be able to visually determine a vehicle speed within 2 mph..certified once a year.. Just stay within the speed limit..
