Anyone Have a Tan Softopper on Imperial Jade Mica?

Purchasing a Softopper within the next week. Trying to decide what color I want. I'm thinking the tan top on green paint would look good, but does anyone with a first gen run this? Just want to make sure I like it before I order it.

 

I'd go black for sure.

light colored fabrics are a PITA to keep clean looking.

It's like white motocross boots. Use it once, and it'll never look the same.

 

2d gen. mine is jade, black topper for sure. your truck man do what you like... the haters!

 

I like the tan though! I bet it doesn't hide dirt as well as black does but it looks so good. Is yours stained at all?

 

not my truck. i found that for you. my 03 is imperial jade. actually the black would probably so more dirt and be hotter (down south). you got the vision... do it!

Did you end up getting a Softopper in tan? Please post some pics if you got it.

 

I actually ended up going with black. I think it looks cleaner than tan. Only complaint is sleeping in it in the warmer months sucks because as soon as the sun rises it becomes an oven. Aside from that though it's absolutely perfect. BY FAR my favorite modification to the 99.
