Anyone Have These Measurements?

1) Height and width of front door exterior sheet metal.
2) Height and width of front door interior trim panels.
3) Height and width of back door exterior sheet metal.
4) Height and width of back door interior trim panels.

Im figuring out options for sound deadening on my double cab, and I need these measurements. Im likely not going to be able to get these measurements myself the next few days so I was hoping possibly someone else had already done the legwork and had them handy.

This is for an 09 double cab.
