I have this little Aerio SX I picked up cheap. For the life of me, I can't get a dealer to look up the TSB#/print it out for me/order the parts needed for me.

    TSB #TSB-05-04289
    NHTSA ID #10028704
    Date Announced:
    MAY 01 2009
    Additional Info:
Summary: SUZUKI: PARTS LIST FOR REPAIRING MANUAL TRANSAXLE 5TH GEAR CONCERNS SUCH AS POPPING OUT OF GEAR WHILE DRIVING. WORN OR FAILED 5TH GEAR SYNCHRONIZER, 5TH GEAR, AND RELATED PARTS.

If someone could look this up I'd be so appreciative. I got $450 total into this car (including the purchase price lol), this is the last problem I have to fix!

PS - Or you could just buy it off me!

It was a good deal, eh? Just needed a fuel pump, plugs, and some PB Blaster in the ignition to remove a stuck key. That and some good ole waxing (looked like a red chalkboard when I got it)

It doesn't sound like the last owner took very good care of it.... The key was rusted into the ignition, haha.

Car sat for a year and a half in a garage = bad gas = bad pump. 1 plug got fouled when I hooked up the fuel pump backwards (I was tired :D ) and the fpr wasn't good enough to stop fuel from flowing back into the cylinders. Pulled the plugs and watched it shoot gas 10ft in the air out of the cylinders haha. Also the plugs used were like NGK-R, OEM calls for Iridium so it wouldn't run just right, did once I swapped in some NGK-IR plugs.

Key was stuck because they got a copy made at Ace and it wasn't cut right, burr left on the key.

I had my doubts but the car is not bad really. Does actually run like it has 48k on it.

The dealership wont print you out the TSB?

    What D-Bags.....

You might try a smaller shop instead of a dealer? They might have AllData which will have TSBs, or another equivalent site.
