I'm in Surprise. American water WILL get the rate hike IMHO, I would expect to see an additional 30 bucks a month on water give or take a few.

I figured it wasn't too much but they might push for more later.

Is that where the Texas Rangers have spring training?

Are they still building a Six Flags in Suprise?

Hey is there any bad neighborhoods in Surprise? I'm looking around Surprise Farms. One of the places I found is a short sale but it's missing AC and has damage which I hope it's from the previous owners. Not from hoodlums.

Surprise farms is a very nice area, with so many foreclosures in AZ that is a common occurrence no matter where you go. Someones A/C goes out and instead of buying a new one or getting it fixed they go to a house that is obviously empty and take what they need. Certain areas around Grand Ave can be like little mexico, but nothing too bad.

Ya I remember those areas off Grand. The housing market out here is almost just as bad. I might have to rent out my place to move out there. We will see. I need to come up with incentives for buyers for my place.
