I want to join the Florida AGR after or before I ETS on February 23 2011. I'm currently a E-5(P), just waiting on promotion points to come out this month. I would like to go into recruiting or career counselor route. If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

I had looked into the program for the Army Reserves. Not sure the way that it works on the National guard side of the house. I know that on the Reserve side that they can and will move you every 3-5 yrs just like the regular army.

Just remember that you are not guaranteed to get a position. It depends if there are open positions were you are looking to go.

    Good luck to you.

Thanks, I went to their website and it shows all of the openings available. I was hoping someone that is in the AGR could chime in and give their opinions about it.
