Anyone in western Maryland able to help with my instrument panel?

Is there anyone close to the western Maryland area who is good with trucks need my whole instrumental panel inside truck replace the dash needs pulled off and new one put on have big gash in it and can't stand it but Toyota wants $960 to do the install That's just ridiculous I'm willing to pay some one to do it

 

There is a good you tube video for changing the led lights on the panel. Seemed pretty straight forward.

Am getting the new part need to whole instrumental panel replaced but Toyota wants $900 to do it that's a lil ridiculous

 

Not horrible damage just scratch on passenger side air bag and the small shit on the interior bugs me lol so just gunna replace it
