squealing noise when truck is sitting while running and accelerating. drive belt was replaced maybe 1500 miles ago. i think it could be a pulley but the noise is getting to much to stand anymore and i’m not 100% sure what it could be. open to any opinions and suggestions.

Idler bearing, closest to the oil filter.

Very common, you should check all of them and the drive belt accessories.

Squirt some wd40 on the idler pulley bearings while it's running, it might quiet the suspected one up, if so time to replace

Mine does that too except when I push the clutch in the squeak goes away.

i tried the wd40 and i’m thinking it’s gonna be a belt tensioner with worn bearings. will i be able to buy just the pulley and avoid buying the whole assembly or no ?

Just went through this with a buddy, you can remove the pulley and press in a new bearing with press or a hammer and socket. Check the bearing part before you buy a replacement, it should interchange with 5203-2NSL which can be found online (almost impossible to find locally). Unfortunately you can't buy a pulley and bearing together anywhere to my knowledge
