    TRD offroad wheel. Someone just had it powdercoated or painted or had vinyl wrap or something similar put on. I dipped mine in black and they now look similar. Just not as shiny

    The one in your post just has black vinyl and a different center cap. Beating a dead horse, but it's just a 16" OEM Toyota OR wheel.
