Arb front bumper, warn winch, All Pro rear bumper, OME up front, OME and All Pro Standard in Back, ARB locker, 34 x 10.5 KO2's, 17" Level 8 Trackers, and fancy single piece driveshaft.
Yesterday I flew to Omaha, bought a 2011 DCSB Sport from a dealer, and drove it back to Denver. I wasn't able to drive it before buying it, so there was a bit of tension there. Fortunately most everything was as the dealer described it, except for what the chevy dealer didn't really know about. Buying a car or truck based on pictures and sales guy is definitely for the glass half full types. :)

The truck used to have bolt on sliders on it and I'd like to find out who made them, so I don't have to drill more holes. If someone you can point me to a build thread, that would be great. The prior owner is still in the Air Force, and was in California and MD before he ended up in Nebraska.

The build parts choices were very similar to what I would have done if starting from scratch, so I'm pretty fired up to have found it.

    So far, the build has:

    ARB front bumper
    Warn winch
Plate rear bumper w hidden hitch, but I can't tell who made it
    BAMF lca skids

    OME front springs & shocks
Deaver rear springs w OME shocks
    Timbrens in the rear
Stainless brake lines in the rear
    U-bolt flip kit

    17" XD's w 285 Goodyear Duratracs

    Arb locker & compressor
    4.56 gearing
    Diff breather mod

    Devil's Horn's front badge
    Weathertech mats
    Weathertech front window wind thingys
    Mostly removed badges
Tacoma badge blacked out an moved up on the fender
    Window tint
    Pioneer bluetooth head unit
    Hi-lift jack mount
    KC Daylighters

Exhaust reroute (almost all up in the frame now)
Loud muffler, (soon to be gone)
    And a one piece driveshaft.

I'm planning on sliders, and then creature comforts for my wife when we camp, so she hopefully likes the truck.

MGM with an ARB and duratracs.. that's like 90% of the MGMs on the site

Seriously though, that's a nice truck but it also has a lot of common items that float around here.

Sorry its off topic, but how did you find the truck? Like ebay, auto trader, etc? I've been looking also. Looks like I will have to drive quite a ways to get what I want.

I found it on cars.com. I searched on "winch" and of course model and year, etc. It took a lot of looking. I wanted something as built the way I like them as I could get, and my wife wanted something as new as possible. They are hard to find. Prices for Tacoma's are higher in Denver than pretty much anywhere else, so I knew I would probably buy something from out of town.

If you're looking, there is a really nice 08 somewhere on TW, and if you search KSL.com, you can find an 07 with a All pro LT front and a winch for a nice price.

I usually searched autotrader, TW, cars.com, and KSL.com. (Salt lake isn't a bad drive for me.) Also search on ARB.

Chepo, you're right, it's an All-Pro. I did search the MGM thread for ARB and few other words, but didn't turn up anything. Haven't had time page through it yet.

    Thanks!

If that's Andres devil horn then it most likely was bought here. And I think you need to be a TW member to buy one.

    Babytruck,

It is Andres' devils horns. Thanks for that info. If no-one recognizes the truck, I can start digging through thousands of build threads late at night.

I remember seeing a truck like that on here with the Tacoma badge on the front fender. But I have been around for several years, so this comment does not realy help much - it can be anywhere on this site. :)

FYI there were TWO people here who made the horns. But Andre's horns are very unique in that they are thicker, sturdier, heavier and the machining is different. You'd have to compare them together in order to see the difference. Andre is the one who has permission from Toyota to produce them. Search Andres' started threads for the group buys because usually when people buy them, they will post the pictures of the horns on the trucks in his threads.

Now you got ME curious as to whose truck that is. But it DOES look familiar...

Wait. I just thought of something. You want to know about the bolt on sliders? Jerry is the owner of BAMF (another vendor on here, just go to the vendor area and look for BAMF) and he builds a ton of sliders, some are bolt on. A good majority of us buy his sliders here in Cali. I wonder if you can contact him, with your dilemma, give him some measurements between the bolt holes -- perhaps he might be able to tell if they were his or not.

And it looks like the bolt-on sliders were All-Pro from one of his previous for sale threads.

Thanks for all the help! It's great to find the prior owners posts. Really helps to get a grip on what mods were done and what issues he had.
