just curious.........I have a 2011 DCSB V6 automatic prerunner, just put on TRD FJ wheels with 265/75/16 and wondering how it would perform with 4:10 gears. I was going to run 285/75's and was going to install the 4:10 for sure, but I went with the slightly smaller 265/75 tire.

I'm running 265/70R17 (same overall size as yours) and feel that it's geared perfectly as-is. 4:10 gears would be too low in my opinion unless you do a LOT of in town towing or want it for off roading. I feel they're geared fairly low for the highway and dropping to 4:10 gears would really make the RPMs fly at highway speeds.
