Driveshaft disconnect to be flat towed behind our RV.
I have been looking at several of these plug and play kits to add Android Auto to my 2019 Tacoma.

Most seem pretty straight forward where you tap the volume button twice,or push and hold the tuning button for 2 seconds to engage.

Just wondering if anyone has any reviews of these?

    Any vendors selling these here?

I think the 2020s have this built into the headunit as standard. Not as much functionality though, it’s not like you can browse Google on those. Subbed to also be learnt sumthin

    Hi,
Search for lsailt Toyota. Similar units are around $500 on aliexpress. I started looking into those interfaces but eventually went on another route.

I replaced the head unit and so far so good.

    Good luck.

Yeah, for that price I would just replace my entire headunit

I looked into it as well but like other said the cost to modify it not worth it. $500+

I just ordered one here in the US from Greg over at GCH Automotive in S. California. He is an amazing guy and will give it to you for a great deal. From talking with him they did a lot of improvements on the unit and improved its software over what you get from the Korean seller of the units.

I looked at it but it didn’t support current version of car play so limited you to basic apps. Also warranty would be a PITA to fix so I dropped the idea about a year ago since they really couldn’t answer my questions.

I don’t believe there was any issue with the android side, just Apple from what I remember

I agree for the cost of 1X CarPlay - plug and play unit you could get a mid range Aftermarket Head unit and trust me I no fan of Entunes I’m just not that tech savy to hook my stock B UP cam to a AFTR MKT head unit (YES I know it’s possible) so if possible I’d prefer to keep my stock HU and just add car play to it as cost effective as possible

No, I think it’s a good find. I’m gonna stick to the joying radio but I might grab one of these for my wife’s Prius. I Appreciate the link
