I got the factory soft tri-fold cover off of a 2015. I had to switch out the carriage bolts that mount it at the front with some ones from home depot. (original ones were too short). It fits great and surprisingly keeps the back quite dry!

I was poking at part numbers on some of the components on the cover. The search brings me to Extang parts lists. So I'd assume they're the same.

I have the roll up bakflip g4. It is great in the summer, has been frozen all winter and a total pain in the ass. If you live in winter areas, I'd avoid roll ups, and go for a tri-fold. I didn't have issues with my tri-fold but there are wayyyy too many latch points on the roll ups and every single one freezes.

I had the 6ft Bed OEM Toyota cover. It looked nice but it was just so heavy! Weighed probably 60lbs. And I also had no need for the tonneau anyways.

2019 TRD sport, bought it with a RollNLock, “M series” I think it is, already installed.

I like it so far. Truck is so new and it’s either parked in my garage or a covered space at work so yesterday was the first time it got really torrentially rained on since I was out and about running errands. It leaks a little bit by the cab in the corner of the bed and by the tailgate but nothing crazy. I know guys complain about it freezing up but I live in Central Florida so that’s not an issue so if you live in warm country it’s not a bad option. Nice that it hooks to the tailgate when closed so when you lock the cover with its key, the tailgate is locked closed to it.

I have a Truxedo LoPro cover on my 2019. I had a gator roll up on my 09 and I though it was much better. When it rains the LoPro leaks towards the front on each corner and near the tailgate around 8 inches in on both sides. They have only one latch on the drivers side to hold it. You know the reason is to save $ on their end. When it rains, a lot of water sits on top of the cover. This is no big deal in the summer but when it freezes you have to get the sheets of ice off for safety reasons. My gator cover had an automatic adjuster, maintenance free. The LoPro has to be adjusted constantly. Its always to tight or too loose. If I could do it all over again I would have chosen another cover.

Yeah the Lo Pro is for looks. Darn sure don't keep the water out. I went with the Extang Trifecta soft folding cover this time. Bed stays dry except for a couple little trickles. More so when I use a high pressure hose at the car wash when I'm washing my truck. Nothing like the TruXedo Lo Pro though.

LoMax tri-fold. Easy install/removal, aluminum and stock rails are still usable.

Does the LoMax tri-fold keep the bed dry? I have the Bak Flip and it leaks even after using silicone to try and seal it.

Thanks for that. From the video "Keeps out 80% of the water"
That is about the percentage of the Bak Flip for me.
