Anything Pizza

Made low carb thin crust pepperoni pizza again last night. The modified fathead dough recipe is not as chewy as artisan crust, but at 6 grams of total carbs per slice…I won’t be complaining.

What stands out most in my memory was the green goddess salad dressing

 

I live almost a perfect straight line on the other side of the mountain from the place. Driving around is about 20 minutes plus or so

 

Lol I worked as a line cook at the Nooksack casino for a couple months
We were staying at my sister in laws place on oat coles rd

I cook and make homemade stuff all the time. This pizza dough was made from scratch and hand tossed. I baked it on the Big Green Egg grill on a large cast iron skillet.

Thanks again. I saved the recipe for the homemade dough years ago. Stupid simple. Just make sure your yeast is good. I proof mine with warm water (not above 110F) and some sugar. I make this same dough for homemade soft pretzels. It’s not pizza but I’m sharing anyways.

 

Mellow Mushroom pizza place has "cheese bread" which is nothing more than a hoagie bun with cheese on it. BUT they have soft pretzel appetizer which is their bread dough in pretzel formwhich is really good! I dont know why they dont just make bread sticks...out of their dough.

 

Dang it now I want pretzels!
