Anything Pizza

Looks great! Happy father's day!

 

As did I. I made chicken, which I enjoyed (kids stopped over for a while.. also had in-laws to visit) but wow those pizzas looks great!

Where I worked as a kid. Sicilian deep dish made by Sicilians. What a concept, lol.

DiGiorno Detroit pizza after I added homemade sauce, bell peppers, onions, and six cheese Italian blend.

 

Doctored up a Sabatasso’s gluten free pizza with basil, ricotta, and sweet tomatoes. Finished it with fresh basil, hot honey, and flaky sea salt.

I was going to make English muffin pizzas, but didn't have enough on hand. Instead used a grinder roll (what we call a sub, or hoagie around here). Used fresh mozzarella, but being very soft it didn't grate very well. So, for a change I put small cut pieces of it on as I've seen on other pizzas here. It was good and will do that again.

 

Could throw some meatballs or sausage on there

 

I hear ya! Or pepperoni - was in vegetarian mode last night and didn't have any on hand. Next time...

 

Hot days call for hot ideas. Round Table all meat with extra sauce and a coupon!

& my Wife said her “Salad”..& “soup” was Delicious, to.. i won’t even tell you bout my Beer.. think that different tread.

 

Looks too nice to eat. I’m thinkin’ it’s plastic & comes out only when company comes over.

 

Sometimes I like pepperoni like this, slightly charred and crisp. The pepperoni on this pizza was likely put on the pizza before it went into the oven. Other times though, I like it flat, more integrated in the cheese. I learned how to accomplish that method, of all places - here on this forum. The pepperoni is put on the pizza a few minutes before done, or even after removing it from the oven.
