There’s a new spot in Denver called Rolling Pin pizza, I haven’t been but it looks pretty bomb if you like that Midwest tavern style.

I wondered how a pizza would come out in an air fryer. Looks like very well.
Looks great, nice touch with some greens. I was gonna say you were up early, but I see you're in CA so I guess you were up late.

This one specifically has air fryer instructions. I've tried a Totinos a few time but it's never come out very good.

I know, I know. Totinos aren't very good to begin with but I have a soft spot for the little rectangular bastards.

It has been a long time since I've cooked a pizza on the grill. No pictures of the two gluten free crust pizzas I cooked before this one.

    20240803_183108.jpg

Pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, carmelized onions and fresh mozzerella.

Had the grill at 400 (as low as it will go without turning burners off) but the bottom was absolutely burnt and the top could have used some more cooking. I'm going to try another on the smoker at about 350 tomorrow.

The top looks very good. I grilled a grinder (sub, hoagie) roll pizza this evening. Some of the bottom was burnt. scraped some off. I heard a technique is grill the the pizza dough for about 5 minutes, remove it, flip it so the cooked side is up. Then put on the toppings and grill another 10 minutes or so. And like you said, best to keep the burners low.

    Considered? Yes.

    Currently in possession of? No.

Making pizzas was kind of sprung on me at the last minute. I'll have to prepare better for next time.

We have a Pizza Stone stored on a shelf for years. Going to have to break it out and give it a try.
