Pizza night. Two fathead carb sensible lots of moz with great flavor and a good crust. Hit the spot!

 

I made a pizza bombe
Stuffed with sausage, cheeses, veggies etc. Crust was very crunchy and good

 

Some details per PMs

It was pizza dough split in two. Made with whole wheat biga and bread flour, RO water, salt, EVOO

I put olive oil in a 8x8 glass dish (size gives some scale) it did stick a little - next time coconut oil in pan layed in half dough in and pulled up the sides

Filled first with a layer of sliced provolone to keep dough from getting soggy

then mix of Italian sausage all kinds of cheeses, washed and well dried broccolini food processor finely with bread crumbs spices and Romano, chopped spicy meat balls, etc

Covered with rest of dough 425°F 40 minutes or so

I didn't get any pictures (not feeling great) but I did home made pizzas the other night. Now to be honest I didn't make the dough, I bought it from Publix. Did 2 pies one with Pepperoni and another with Pepperoni and Canadian Bacon. Third pie I laid down a base of garlic/herb butter I made and then topped that with cheese. Used some of the pizza sauce I made as a dip for the cheese bread. All came out great, though I need to up my stretching game for the dough it should have been larger.

So, I have to ask - in Hawaii, do people eat Hawaiian pizza, or is it like Rhode Island dressing in that nobody from RI even knows it exists in Sweden?

I can't speak for the natives but I ate a Hawaiian pizza three days ago.

 

You must also note I haven’t griped about pineapple on pizza

 

Its not the worst thing in the world of pizza... but id never order one

 

Likewise here, BUT - if there's one place that it's fine, it's there. If that's a thing there, if it's not just some tourist trap BS that nobody there actually eats. I don't gripe about deep dish in Chicago, so I can't gripe about the namesake pizza on the islands.

But if it's their version of Rhode Island dressing, I call it fair game. I've just never been, unfortunately.
